Keeping it Simple- On all Springtree designed products, we will replace in the first year, and repair in the second. Other manufacturers' products are covered by their great warranties.

The return period is 30 days from the invoice date. Returns must be as new including original packaging, disks, registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories. Damaged returns, or returns without first receiving an RMA number from us may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%), and any applicable payment processing fees (up to 3%).
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be shipped using a trackable, insured service such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your return is received, it will undergo QA testing.
